These Terms govern your use of the Clover Supplements website ("Clover") and your purchases. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them, along with our Privacy, Shipping, Refund and Cancellation, and Subscription policies.

Products and health disclaimer

Clover products are dietary supplements, not medicines, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Always consult your healthcare provider before starting a new supplement, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, have a medical condition, or take medication. Site content is general information, not medical advice.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract.

Orders and pricing

You agree to provide accurate information and to pay the listed price plus shipping and tax shown at checkout. Prices, promotions, and availability may change and errors may occur; we may correct errors and refuse, limit, or cancel orders, and we will refund a cancelled paid order.

Subscriptions

Choosing Subscribe and Save enrolls you in an auto-renewing subscription that continues until you cancel. We disclose the recurring price, frequency, and how to cancel before you pay, and you can cancel anytime online. See our Subscription and Auto-Renewal Terms.

Acceptable use

No unlawful, infringing, or fraudulent activity; no interfering with site security; no scraping except as permitted.

Reviews and content

Reviews must reflect your honest, genuine experience. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display content you submit. We may decline or remove content and do not offer incentives for positive reviews.

Intellectual property

The site and its content are owned by Clover Supplements or its licensors. You get a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the site for shopping.

Disclaimers and liability

The site and products are provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law, and we disclaim implied warranties. Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid for the order at issue, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Indemnification

You agree to hold Clover harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the site or violation of these Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Nevada, and the courts located in Nevada have jurisdiction, unless applicable law provides otherwise.

Changes

We may update these Terms, and changes take effect when posted with a new effective date.
